We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Item must be in resalable condition and include original packaging.
For change of mind returns, buyer will be responsible for postage to our warehouse in Hallam.
For defective/incorrect items, the item must be returned to us, and the customer will be reimbursed for item + shipping costs. If you have received a faulty/incorrect item, you must contact us ASAP.
We recommend professional installation for all our products. We cannot accept returns for products damaged during installation.
If an item is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately upon receiving it, and provide us a picture of the damage. Please DO NOT install the item, we cannot accept returns if you install it.
