RETURNS POLICY

  • We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the product. Item must be in resalable condition and include original packaging.
  • For change of mind returns, buyer will be responsible for postage to our warehouse in Hallam.
  • For defective/incorrect items, the item must be returned to us, and the customer will be reimbursed for item + shipping costs. If you have received a faulty/incorrect item, you must contact us ASAP.
  • We recommend professional installation for all our products. We cannot accept returns for products damaged during installation.
  • If an item is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately upon receiving it, and provide us a picture of the damage. Please DO NOT install the item, we cannot accept returns if you install it.
